About Roger Malech
Roger Malech is a fifth generation Santa Clara County resident. He has been in the real estate business since 1982 and has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate dreams. Roger holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Agricultural Business Management from California Polytechnic State University, as well as a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Bethany University. He has received numerous awards and designations including being chosen best Realtor in Morgan Hill 4 years in a row and receiving the coveted Realtor of the Year Award, presented by his peers. He has been a consistent recipient of sales awards including the Chairman’s Circle Award recognizing the top 1% of salespeople worldwide, with Intero Real Estate Services. His motto is “Experience Integrity in Action” and he believes his reputation speaks to this in all facets of his life.
Roger has managed three real estate offices and currently enjoys working side by side with Christina McDermott, a fully licensed Realtor, who helps him with the entire scope of his business. As a highly experienced Realtor, Roger understands the needs of buyers and sellers well. He is a master negotiator yet brings empathy to the process by connecting with those he serves. Roger has a heart for philanthropy and spends much of his time serving Rotary, and other charitable organizations in which he is involved. He resides in South Santa Clara County and continues to work full time in the business he loves.
Roger has been married to Cera for 39 years, has four married daughters, and eight grandchildren. He enjoys reading, teaching, motorcycle riding, fishing, baseball, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
